Altitude Furniture designs and builds handcrafted furniture using a combination of solid hardwoods and high-quality engineered materials where appropriate for structural stability (such as cabinet bodies and internal components).
Our hardwoods are responsibly sourced from a variety of suppliers across the U.S., selected for quality, durability, and appearance.
All wood is carefully milled, cleaned, and kiln-dried prior to fabrication to reduce the likelihood of excessive movement after delivery. Because real wood is a natural material, some seasonal expansion, contraction, or subtle warping can still occur over time—this is normal and part of what gives solid wood furniture its character.
We embrace the natural variations found in hardwood, including differences in grain, texture, and color. These characteristics ensure that every piece we build is unique. As a result, your finished product may vary slightly from photos shown on our website.
Altitude Furniture accepts returns on non-custom items within 10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, provided it is in its original condition.
Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply depending on materials ordered or work already completed.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify Altitude Furniture within 24 hours of receiving any damaged items.
